1. Orders for custom cards will include a digital proof for approval. Production will begin only after written confirmation.
2. Any delays in approval may affect delivery timelines, for which we are not responsible.

1. Domestic deliveries: Within 10 working days.
2. International deliveries: Within 20 working days.
3. Sample cards: Delivered within 7 working days, with costs adjustable against bulk orders.
4. Incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses provided by the customer may result in delays or failed deliveries.

1. Minor variations in color or design may occur due to production processes and are not considered defects.
2. Customers must report any quality-related issues within 24 hours of receiving the product.

1. Olympic Wedding Cards is not responsible for delays caused by third-party shipping providers, natural disasters, or technical issues.
2. Our liability is limited to the value of the product purchased.

1. Any disputes or claims will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
2. Customers are encouraged to contact us to resolve issues amicably before pursuing legal action.

2. Ensure that all proofs are thoroughly checked before giving final confirmation.
